Please note:

  • If you have made a payment via credit card it will be made to Resilient Organisations Ltd on behalf of RRANZ. You will receive a tax invoice from Resilient Organisations. Resilient Organisations do not collect any of your information in this process.
  • Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information from you, including your name, contact details, and billing address, to register you for these courses. All personal information is stored securely. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information or to have it corrected, please contact us at
  • We do not store credit card details. Credit card details provided online are captured directly by a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant payment provider, Stripe.
Cancellation, transfer, and refund policy

The following cancellation, transfer, and refund policy applies:

  • 30 days or more before the course starts – $50.00 administration fee.
  • 8-29 days before the course starts – 50% of the course fee.
  • 1-7 days before the course starts – 100% of the course fee.

All courses are subject to a minimum enrolment number.
